Real Time Graphs Not Showing After Upgrade

Peace, I upgraded to 1.1.15 and the problem started. I cleared the browser cache and

chown -R cactiuser:cacti /var/www/localhost/htdocs/cacti

cache directory in settings, visual is /var/www/localhost/htdocs/cacti/cache/realtime
the log file doesn't show things relating to error writing.
what else to check?

Does the web server has write acces to that cache directory ?
