cacti installation error

Hi,
I newly installed cacti-1.1.10 on my ubuntu 16.04. But am not able to Initiate web-gui install.
it is showing below error. Please help me

The requested URL /cacti/install/ was not found on this server.

Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) Server at localhost Port 80

What method of installation did you use? It sounds like a manual one to me because I'm sure Paul has updated his backports repository with a later version than what you are mentioning. The original repo's still had the older 0.8.8 cacti.
