I don't know if this is a bug or if it's meant to be this way but i need enlightment regarding this matter i'm having:
I'm trying to create a graph using 2 data sources from different hosts, naturally i create a graph with no specified host (host defined as "NONE") then i would select the data sources i need for the graph. Everything works as it's supposed to do until i hit "save", although i see the message "save successful" confirming the creation of the graph, when i go to the "graph management" section to search for my graph i don't find it, not under "Any" host neither under the "None" host option.
Trying to debug my problem and to understand what's causing my graph not to show in the graphs list i created the same graph but with specifying a host this time, and voila no problems:
now same graph but i change the Host to "None" and poof it's nowhere to be found even though the save was successful:
Even when i go to the graph templates section i find that the "Testing Graph" has 5 graphs in use, but i can't access any of them???
Hope someone would have an explanation for this, i'm running on cacti 0.8.8g.
Thanks in advance, MG.

Re: "No Host" Graphs not showing in "graphs list"
Sorry, I missed that at the bottom. The problem you are going to have is that cacti has come a long way since then so you will get little official support. The problem will most likely lie with the SQL statement using an inner join, starting with the host itself. Thus when it has no host, it ends up unable to find that starting point.
Sounds like you need to find the SQL statement and add a union of a similar statement going back to the host from the sources if you really need it.
