DBCALL: ERROR: SQL Assoc Failed

Post by jround »

Yesterday I upgraded Cacti to 1.1.36 along with the latest Monitor and Thold plugins, which seems to have gone OK however in the Windows Event Viewer the following errors keep getting logged :
The description for Event ID 4 from source PHP-7.0.16 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

Cacti[420]
DBCALL: ERROR: SQL Assoc Failed!, Error:1054, SQL:'SELECT * FROM `cacti`.`syslog_incoming` WHERE host_id='KnaresboroughRdHC-SW1' AND status=82'
Followed by

We do have a device in Cacti entitled 'KnaresboroughRdHC-SW1' but not sure why it is causing those errors to generate?
