Realtime graph not refreshing

When I click on realtime iconn a new window appears , but the time in the window dosen't decrement and refresh the page to display the data. Please help in resolving this issue.

Not enough info to even begin helping you. You don't state any pertinent information about your Cacti version, browser, details from your web server logs, cacti logs, etc...

Hi,
ran into same issue... done the following to resolve:

Set all checkboxes in user permissions active.
Try-> Works like a charm

Cacti 1.1.35 / apache / debian stretch / mariaDB

So, are you saying that the realtime icon is visible to a user who has no realtime permission, thus clicking it is ineffective?

That should be logged as an issue at https://github.com/cacti/cacti/issues though the likely hood is it will be something that now waits for v1.2
