Weathermap issues

Hello,

Im having another issues with weathermap. I installed the plugin and the editor seems to be working,but when it comes to viewing the map it inst working as it should. The map comes up without an image, just presented with the timestamp (image 1). Another issue is once i add the maps, the title doesnt show up (image 2).
Cacti: 0.8.8f
Weathermap: 0.98

There's no config file name there. I think that the output is probably what you would get from a completely blank file.

If you remove that map (click the cross on the right) and re-add it, does the filename show up then? If not, what is the filename?

Thats what i was thinking, but they arent empty files.

I did as you asked and added the maps, which displays the following:

The configs do have filenames:

Could this be a permissions issue ?
I have set the permissions to the appropriate folders as specified in various installation tutorials.

I don't think it can be permissions, or the 'add file' picker wouldn't be able to show the title.

Could you try and add one more map, and check the httpd error_log and cacti.log for errors, please? I guess this must be database related.

This is a bit strange:

OK, you could try the (not yet released) 0.98a quick-fix release. That changes out the whole database access for PDO, so it works with PHP 7 (and gets less warnings with 5.6) but still only works on Cacti 0.8.8.

Any issues related to mysql_XXXXX() should go away with that. But be aware that you'd also be about the 3rd person to use it
