Hi,
I'm trying to graph the memory usage (any combination: used & free or percentage of used memory from total memory) for a Cisco ASA platoform running in multiple context.
I'm getting the same values from the CACTI machine as the ones in the system context on the ASA when doing a snmpwalk but when graphing it the values are like 10 folds larger and not exactly the same.
On the ASA:
sho mem
Free memory: 17378815072 bytes (67%)
Used memory: 8390988704 bytes (33%)
------------- ------------------
Total memory: 25769803776 bytes (100%)
On the CACTI machine:
[cacti ~]$ snmpwalk -c xxxxxx -v 2c 10.20.30.40 .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.221.1.1.1.1.20.5.2
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.9.9.221.1.1.1.1.20.5.2 = Counter64: 17378813008
[cacti ~]$ snmpwalk -c xxxxxx -v 2c 10.20.30.40 .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.221.1.1.1.1.18.5.2
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.9.9.221.1.1.1.1.18.5.2 = Counter64: 8390990960
And the graph is attached.
Im using a modified Cisco ASA template (https://docs.cacti.net/usertemplate:host:cisco:asa_55xx) to include the above OIDs provided by Cisco.
Any idea what might be the issue?
Thank you in advance!
