I have Install cacti version 1 1 14
How to install Monitor plugin
Help me plz

Download the plugin from https://github.com/cacti/plugin_monitor and you will also need the https://github.com/cacti/plugin_thold which it relies on.

Make sure to put the contents of both downloads into folders "<cacti>/plugin/monitor" and "<cacti>/plugins/thold"

Once you have done that, goto Console->Configuration->Plugin Managment then click on Install and then Enable next to each plugin
