DATA Query SNMP-Interface (User are not add on Page)

Hello all

I am experiencing some odd issues, some of users are showing on
Data Query [SNMP - Interface Statistics] and some user are not showing.

Can you post examples of who is missing that you expect, or who is present that you do not expect?

Could you also provide screenshots and further explaination, if possible, on how to reproduce the issue?

sure sir,
I have 15 user on my mikrotik router, out of 15 there are only 10 user are showing on cacti [SNMP - Interface Statistics]
there is no user who is present that i did not expect.

no sir, actually i am new to cacti, connecting mikrotik device by snmp v2. after successfully adding host, cacti shows all port details with user (which created already on mikrotik device), but after adding host i created some user on mikrotik out of which some user are showing on SNMP-Interface while some are not.

I can provide u remote desktop for same.

You said you are using the standard SNMP query, can you provide the SNMPWALK output that shows missing users?

Lets try things the easier way first if you're not sure how to do that.

When you edit the device in question, you should have a section labelled Associated Data Queries at the bottom which will have a line called SNMP - Interface Statistics. On the right hand side of that line will be two different refresh buttons, one will likely be green and says Reload Query, the other will be Verbose Query (click on this!).

Once the page reloads, you will have a new section called Data Query Debug Information and that will list all the indexes that if can find by default. Additionally, it will show headers saying Click to show data query output for 'fieldname' and clicking on that section will give you the values being returned for that given field listed by index.

I am a little confused though with your wording as you say you are trying to list the users, but this query is for interfaces, not users (unless the microtek actually includes them).

Thanks for your kind reply, after reload the query it will show all user data on verbose query..
but now some users graph were not created..

What version of RRD Tool is installed, and what version have you set in the settings of Cacti?

Pl. guide how to check installed version of cacti on ubuntu, while at system setting RRDtoll 1.2X is there

RRDtool installed version is 1.5.5-4, but in Cacti settings there is avalaible version are 1.0.x to 1.4.x, i think ihave downgraded installed rrdtool version.
