Version 1.1.24 | Graph not creating issue

i m new guy to cacti server and installed cacti on cent7 and cacti version is 1.1.24.
its working fine and 400 devices working fine as mention.

but , new device adding SNMP or ICMP graph not creating and some graph having intermittent issue.

ping connectivity and SNMP port connectivity ok and TCP dump works fine with SNMP community

i have notice below memory usage suddenly change as below.

can anyone having this issue and kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Are you seeing any errors in any of your logs? For the graph in question, does any data appear if you use the COG icon from the graph tab?
