can not show graph

I'm using
1.Xampp
2.Cacti 1.1.28
when create graph,can not show.please see log and help me.

whats the version of other components (net-snmp, spine, etc)?

did you try to snmpwalk? verbouse query? set up community on snmp service?

I'm using
+windows 2012 R2
+net-snmp 5.7
I ready connected with device SNMP service
but I see on check tool permission
seem can not create *.rrd

C:\xampp\htdocs\cacti\rra\file_server_hrsystemuptime_1.rrd -> Name NOt Found
