Hi all,
I have an issue with the graph zoom function. When I click on the magnifying glass beside a graph, and I mouse over the graph, I don't get the crosshairs... It just remains as my regular mouse pointer and does not allow me to "hold and drag" for zooming...
Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
It's like this on a new install... I'm running Version 0.8.8f
Thanks!
No crosshair zoom function on graph

version 0.8.8f... probably means you are running a Linux distribution? This may be an issue with the distribution package. 0.8.8f is OLD. Anyways for potential help, please let us know which one and which version.aftershocks wrote:It's like this on a new install... I'm running Version 0.8.8f

Hi paulgevers,
That's correct, I'm running 0.8.8f on Ubuntu 14.04... Any way for me to "update" the version without being intrusive?
Thanks.

Re: No crosshair zoom function on graph
Depends on your definition of intrusive. If you want to stick to Ubuntu packages (which I recommend if you want to consider it an update; see for native vs Ubuntu Cacti delta's in my signature), you can take the Cacti package from newer Ubuntu versions¹ and install with dpkg. Not pretty from the integrated distribution point of view, but it will probably work. Depending on how far you upgrade, you may need to also install (a limited amount of) dependencies that way as well. If you stick to Ubuntu packages, I recommend against going further than zesty, as after that we jump to the 1.x branch and I don't trust that runs nicely on 14.04.aftershocks wrote:That's correct, I'm running 0.8.8f on Ubuntu 14.04... Of course, this is all untested.
