ERROR: opening '/usr/share/cacti/rra/s_users_1.rrd':

Hi everyone, I have problem, I installed cacti on Centos 7 with this compoments:
* Mariadb 5.5.5
* cacti 1.1.27
* cacti-spine-1.1.27
but when I go to graphs and select the device, I see the next message: ERROR: opening '/usr/share/cacti/rra/s_proc_2.rrd': No such file or directory
I ask for your help to solve the problem, but I will install in windows in the next week

Does the folder exist and does the user that runs the cron job have write permissions to create the file?
How you tried recreating the poller cache?
Maintainer of cacti in Debian (and Ubuntu).
