CACTI DATABASE SCHEME- MAP data_template_data to graph_tree

I need to list all the data_template_data.data_source_path for a certain graph_tree.id. What keys,tables can I use to relate these two databases? With the help of https://docs.cacti.net/_media/manual:08 ... 0.8.7i.pdf, I can map graph_tree items to local_graph_id but dont know how to map that to data_template_data.id. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
