Cacti 1.1.27 data profile has to create redundant RRAsetting

I upgraded Cacti from 0.88h to 1.1.27 recently. RRA setings had been grouped to data profile. the CF function is setting for each RRA. eg:

for the "step 1" RRA: average = MAX , so ,the first RRA and the sixth RRA is the same, but it waste dubble space. How to solve it ?
