Blank page after new installation of cacti on centos

Hi All,

I am a new user here and need some guidance. I recently installed Cacti-1.1.19 on Centos 6.2, exactly the way it was mentioned in the below link but after the installation when I accessed the http://localhost/cacti, I am seeing a blank page (please see below). what should I do?
