Broadcast Storm?

Hi,

I was curious if anyone could assist in identifying this particular circumstance. I have multiple weathermaps up and reporting without any issues. This particular switch keeps showing random occurrences as the one in the attachment. Do you guys have any idea what could cause this? I initially thought it was my graphing data. However, after deleting all of the graphs and starting from scratch, I have the same issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
