graphs missing

Post by den707 »

Hi all,

I have strange situation in my Cacti. I added almost a hundreds of computers thru cacti about 3 to 4 months ago and when I came back to see the graphs, all of them are missing. I did the search of the names of the computers, with not luck. The recent one I added, I still see the graphs. :(

I appreciate any help.

Thanks

I am not a long time user but I need to ask. Do you have backups of your mysql database? Looking at the backups might be a good first step. Also you might check your cacti.log. Not sure what information is logged there.

Hi DaSoul,

Thanks for your response. No. I don't have SQL backup. The Cacti.log only gets the records for the day.

Thanks

looks like some kind of db error.

Have you made any changes to your system (upgrades/updates etc) ? Does that particular field still exist?
