Realtime Permission Denied with v1.1.25

I am getting a permission denied error in the latest release of cacti. THis is a very nice looking cacti message not a 404 or 403 message from apache.

This is a new install on a new rPi with the latest version of raspian.
I have checked the user/perms on the realtime folder and all seem to be in order. i am using the default admin account and all those permissions seem in order as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

It was the same. I made chmod 777 /cacti/include, and the error disappeared, but the Realtime charts are not displayed. The page is simply updated.
