Wrong total data in the graphs/text

Hi.

I've used Cacti now for some months and it works fine for Everything exept one thing.
The aggregated data/total data in the graphs are allways wrong (way to low).

Look at my attached Picture.

I run version 1.1.13 on a Windows server.

Any quick ideas on why this gets wrong?
