rrd don't create

Before post this topic, I was read many old topic about this issue on forum but I too dumb to understand what is cause of problem. Now I face a problem like this.

1. All device status is "Unknown". (include localhost)
2. I only have one Data Collector. it's a localhost and status is "Unknown".
3. rrd file does not not auto create in "rra/" folder. I must copy code from cacti web GUI then compile it on server after that, rrd file was create.

error is
