Once you have the snmpwalk running from the Cacti servers terminal, you should be okay from inside of Cacti.

The Cacti server snmpwalk is informative, but Cacti shows Snmp error.

There are several availability methods. Test with each.

We also use Sophos/Cyberoam products. I have noticed on pretty much every device, that when the device is first added Cacti does not really recognize it. The Date/Time Location data is not returned and the SNMP times out. However this does not seem to affect the graphing as we are able to monitor the devices just fine despite the initial snmp error when first added.

I do not believe this is a Cacti issue, more so a Cyberoam/Sophos MIB issue.

Perhaps a opening a ticket with Sophos may help resolve this issue for you? It hasn't for me but I haven't really pressed the issue do to lack of time.

One other thing. If you are using Cellular sticks in their appliances, don't expect to be able to graph the cell signal. There is nothing in the MIB and no OID for it in the latest versions of Cyberoam OS or Sophos OS.
