LDAP SSL issue

I am new here
Im using Cacti (0.8.8c) for few years and recently we changed LDAP to SSL ( corp network) , now users cannot access it- Im getting error :

Code: Select all

AUTH LOGIN: LDAP Error: Unable to connect to server 
AUTH LDAP_SEARCH: Unable to connect to server 

I found this manual

However I cannot see on my Windows 2008r2 server folder C:\openldap, and I don`t have access to LDAP server. Can someone please share step by step process how to make it work again.
Im also considering upgrade Cacti to latest version - do you think that will solve the problem ?

0.8.8 is no longer supported. Please upgrade to 1.1.x
