API to display Cacti Graphs onto another portal

Hello , I have a query where in we want to integrate Cacti with Salesforces ( a web based system ) .

So customers could logon to Salesforce and then request for their traffic statistics .

So on Salesforces Customer will click on icon and then it will make a call to Cacti and display the graph to the customer.

Is there something that is readily available - and API - or plugin that will allow this connectivity to happen
