Scroll doesn't work

Hello everyone!

I have a problem with Cacti version 1.1.18 (i installed it yesterday from FreeBSD ports). If i choose Modern theme, scroll bar (vertical and horizontal) does not exist. First I have seen this problem while installing Cacti Setup Wizard in browser. But i can avoid this problem in IE with scrolling by mouse (i highlite text and go down). In Google Chrome, I can not avoid this problem.
And I see it now in graph view, if i want to see Time Graph View (where i can see Daily, Weekly and Mounthly graphs). If i switch theme to Classis, the problem does not appear.

In phpinfo page i can scroll the page properly.

What's the matter? I want to use Modern theme.
