Cannot Acces to Cacti anymore after syslog db creation

Hi,
I followed this

to install and configure syslog in cacti.

However after step #6. creates the database, I was unable to access Cacti anymore.

Browsing on http://myipaddress/cacti only says: Can not connect.


Any Idea?
