Syslog version 2.1 plugin can not find syslog.sql

Hello everyone
I would like to install cacti 1.1.15 version on centos7 plus syslog 2.1 version of the plug-in
But I installed in the plug-in syslog directory can not find syslog.sql this one database
In the data sheet into the file, may I ask where the new version does not need to create a database data table?

I uploaded the syslog.sql which i have into syslogs plugin files.
