Can you upgrade skipping point releases?

I am currently using 1.1.6, current version is 1.1.13. Do I need to install 1.1.7 -> 1.1.12 before going to 1.1.13?
Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS
Cacti 1.1.17
Spine 1.1.17
RRDtool 1.5.5
PHP 7.0.18
mysql 14.14 (5.7.19)
Cycle 4.0
Monitor 2.1
Gexport 1.0
Thold 1.02
PHP Weathermap 0.98a

Nope, just install the 1.1.13 files over the 1.0.6 files and refresh your browser.
