Warning when installing spine 1.1.6

Post by fzhongjie »

I got many warnings during the installation of spine 1.1.6. Mainly about "warning: ignoring return value of ‘seteuid’". Please see attached file. Is this the code problem or my linux problem? Thanks.

Yea, you are compiling in a strict mode. I've seen these before, as long as you follow the install guide and do the following:

Code: Select all

chown root:root spine;chmod +s spine
You should not have a problem.
