Anyone got the new reportit to work?

When I go to reports --> add and try and save it does nothing.

Am using 1.1.12.

I believe reportit is still being worked on to make it fully 1.X compatible.

Some of the errors I see in the logs after I went to Templates --> report and added a template (would not let me unlock it) and after saving tried clicking on it again which did nothing.

Ah ok fair enough saw it on github with release notes and good excited:) Want to turn off the old cacti machine which is only running becuase of this module.

Hello,

I've Reportit 0.7.5a installed and running on Cacti 9.8.8h. When a create a new report for just some network interfaces, the generated report include all possible interfaces! This make imposible for me to create a report for uplink interfaces only and another one for the rest.

Are you not using the data items filter under "data items presets"?

I don't know how to use it do make it display only some interfaces (Uplink in my case).

Dear Cacti Community,

Most probably some of you have already noticed that we have just released Cacti 1.0.
Unfortunately I have to inform you that in its current state ReportIt is not compatible with that new major release.
This does not mean that ReportIt is completely dead although its development has stopped a long time ago.
Pressure on me is really high, but all in all I assume it will take around 3 months to get a ReportIt 1.0 version ready.

We have installed Reportit ver 1.0. I have used some old documentation to try and get it going but I have been unsuccessful. After some research and joining the forum , I have come across this post. I suppose my question - is ver 1.0 of Reportit compatible with ver 1.1.21 of Cacti? Is there any documentation out there of how to get it going? From what I see from the comments, its a great plugin and will suit our purpose perfectly. - Cheers!

Thanks for this. Well, I've been poking around and still cant get it going. I'm getting the error "Unable to unlock this template without defined measurands" - when trying to create a new report template. Has anyone come across this before? Whereabputs do yuo get to define the measurands? Sorry, still quite new to Cacti. Cheers!

I'm really sorry, but ReportIt has not fully been migrated to Cacti 1.x yet. It is not a secret that I'm personally having really difficulty in concentration since a few months and my personal situation as well as my job did their very best to reach that state. That's the reason why I had to a take a real break without being reachable for all people around me with the exception of 3. Yesterday I arrived back at home after I went on a pilgrimage from Porto to Santiago, 280km in total, along the ocean.
Now I'm feeling different, somehow better.

Is there a stable Reportit version working for Cacti 1.1.36? I'm currently using Reportit v1.0 but having errors on the plugin. I'm able to create the report but sometimes unable to run it. The scheduled reporting is not working as well.

All, @netniV has been working day and night stabilizing this plugin for Cacti 1.2. Please track status on GitHub.

To be clear, it also runs on 1.1x branch too. I've only tested against 1.1.38 but it runs successfully there and a couple of users have reported success. There are a couple of items not currently working 100% but you can view, edit, update reports now. If you look at the GitHub Issues page for the plugin, you'll see only a few outstanding issues.
