Thold not sending some down alerts

Hi,

I have a problem with our instance of cacti where sometimes we are not getting down alerts but get the returned from down alerts.
There doesn't seem to be any pattern of which hosts it does it with.

Tried restarting the server, rebuilding poller cache.


Cacti 0.8.8h on Centos 7.
Apache 2.4.6 PHP 5.4.16
MariaDB 5.5.47

I suggest you migrate to Cacti 1.1.10 and new Thold, No one will provide a fix old version of thold.

So upgraded to the latest 1.1.20 version of Cacti with 1.0.3 version of thold and still getting the same problem where it will send up alerts but not down.

Edit: Running MariaDB 10.2.8-1 and PHP 5.6 now
