The plugins decompress them and move them to the folder / cacti / plugins and to be able to activate them but they do not appear in console -> plugin management. Someone could help me in the correct way to install the plugins.

The realtime and setings plugin are built into Cacti 1.X, so you don't need them. You are most likely using an old version of mikrotik, you will need the 1.X compatible version located here
