Router-Configs plugin

Post by cactusser »

Hey,
I am new to CACTI so excuse me for asking a question that might answered before.
I am using CACTI 1.1.7 and want to activate the routerconfigs plugin. I followed the steps and installed the needed prerequisites.
When I hit the router-config tab and try to add a new device to get the configuration, I always receive a white blank page with nothing to display.

I checked the log file and found the below error:

2017-06-14 04:58:19 - CMDPHP PHP ERROR NOTICE Backtrace: (/poller_maintenance.php: 40 include)(/include/global.php: 321 include_once)(/include/global_arrays.php: 1530 api_plugin_hook)(/lib/plugins.php: 68 api_plugin_run_plugin_hook)(/lib/plugins.php: 161 routerconfigs_config_arrays)(/plugins/routerconfigs/setup.php: 209 CactiErrorHandler)(/lib/functions.php: 4339 cacti_debug_backtrace)

I really appreciate your help and thank you in advance.

Do an F5 and that's it.

I've already opened an issue on github.

Since this is one of the plugins supported by the Cacti group and they are really focused on Cacti itself right now, we will have to wait.

If you find more bugs, please open a new issue on github, it's much better for all and to keep on track on what's going on.

Cheers,

Dear Pucho,

Thank you for you help.

Kindly note that I have removed the plugin version installed from the cacti plugins website and installed the one on the github and it is showing better performance. But the problem is that the plugin is often disabled by itself and I have to enable it again from the CACTI >plugin management.

Anyone reported such behavior?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Plugins disable themselves when they encounter errors. Open a bug in github and include there errors from the cacti.log file.
Before history, there was a paradise, now dust.
