Can't enable plugins after installed on cacti 1.0.4,centOS7

Anyone can help me please? I can install the plugins done but when i will enable them by clicking enable button it has no anything occur please see as the picture .How to fix it?

Plus.. this is log file when i click to enable plugins both of monitor and thold.

Yes , I use latest plugin from there but it show not compatable status so i fixed by editing info file about version of the plugin after that it can install done but can't click enable as the mention.
