problem with plugin monitor in 0.8.8h

Hi everyone. I installed the plugin in my Cacti and I could enable, but when I click in the top of the page, in the monitor button, it takes me to "http://MYIP/cacti/plugins/monitor/monitor.php" and show my a blank page.
I reinstalled the plugin with same problema.

Most likely either a file permission issue (or selinux) or the page has a PHP error (check your logs).
