Did you tried snmpwalk ?

snmpwalk -v "Version" -c "Community" "ip/computer name"

ex : snmpwalk -v 2c -c public x.x.x.x

or set up snmp service on services.msc ?

add your community and set it to accept certain host you want.

Hi,

on Windows (at least in my case) SNMP error appears when the SNMP community does not match with the configured in the Windows SNMP Service.

Have you checked that?
