I think the config of your link is wrong!
You define a IN/OUTBWFORMAT for a usage bandwith, but your TARGET is a status, it's not compatible!

I'm not sure you can have a TARGET based on bandwith and disaply the status of the link in diffrent color.

For information on my side i did the following:
The LINK usage:
LINK SRE-ULU-85-SE-ULU-84
INFOURL /cacti/graph.php?rra_id=all&local_graph_id=816
OVERLIBGRAPH /cacti/graph_image.php?local_graph_id=816&rra_id=0&graph_nolegend=true&graph_height=100&graph_width=300
INBWFORMAT {link:this:bandwidth_in:%k} ({link:this:inpercent:%.1f}%)
OUTBWFORMAT {link:this:bandwidth_out:%k} ({link:this:outpercent:%.1f}%)
TARGET /usr/share/cacti/rra/sre-ulu-85_traffic_in_824.rrd
NODES SRE-ULU-85 SE-ULU-84

And the status of the link just displaying up or down on it:
NODE SRE-ULU-85-SE-ULU-84-STATUS
LABEL {node:this:inscaletag}
LABELOFFSET c
ICON none
TARGET gauge:/usr/share/cacti/rra/sre-ulu-85_int_status_880.rrd:int_status:-

Thanks, its working now.. but one issue. sometimes snmp returing value as 1.97 or 1.03 that time, interface now showing up down. This is tested with shuting specific interface.

do we need to tweak scale ?

SCALE linkupdown 0.5 1.5 92 255 92 UP
SCALE linkupdown 1.5 2.5 239 41 50 DOWN

This is because you are using rrdtool. SNMP is not returning 1.97. SNMP returns 1 or 2. But rrdtool will tell you the average value over the last 5 minutes (part up, part down).
Weathermap 0.98a is out! & QuickTree 1.0. Superlinks is over there now (and built-in to Cacti 1.x).
Some Other Cacti tweaks, including strip-graphs, icons and snmp/netflow stuff.
(Let me know if you have UK DevOps or Network Ops opportunities, too!)
