empty database problem

Post by SarahHussein »

Hello guys,

I have an issue, firstly, I got no graphs drawn for the last 2 days and I found the issue due to capacity of the server so only I downloaded the backups from /var/www/backups and deleted all of them except the last 4 backups for the last 4 days, then I got error on the GUI

when accessing console >> devices , I got no Host while there are pages 1 to 5 and shows that there are number of hosts found but it's hidden/empty..... so when accessing Graphs >> Tree Mode , it doesn't show the exact name of all my nodes , just appear < Host: > for all nodes

noting that I did auto repair for the databases and all things are OK , Also the graphs are exist normally in the Graph Management

Your support will be highly appreciated.

kindly find the attached images I got

You might want to check into a database repair. The old Graph Tree design was horrible. I suggest upgrade to 1.x.
Before history, there was a paradise, now dust.
