I want to monitor Ram & CPU My server's (windows 2008 R2 & Windows 2012)..
i install Cacti (Cacti Version 0.8.7c)
what can i do for this?!

First off update your cacti version, you are way way back.
Windows SNMP monitoring effectively requires you to install a WMI/SNMP converter. See:

Basic cpu and memory stats are available from the native microsoft snmp agent -- once you add the Data Queries for each to your device. yes snmp-informant provides much more granular details about each... and also requires separate templates.
