blank cacti browser page

Hello Forum,
i am installing cacti on centos 7 and getting a blank page at the browser when i enter http://server_ip/cacti. I am installing cacti for the first time and i used an expert youtube video to do this. All configs were going on well till the browser page. Where could i be failing?

Cacti was successful after running apache on server

just disable the local linux firewall

systemctl stop firewalld
