Updating the default tempaltes in cacti base install

One of the things this community has a lot of, is people making increadible templates all over the place. Now i know that Ian's got planned to have a repository , but this one deserves to get added in the basic cacti install:

This host tempalte for cisco VPN concentrators has the added benefit of adding interface graph templates for 64 bit counters, Unicast packets or non unicast packets and interface discards.

I'm going to test that on a few routers as well, and if it works, i think it might have earned it's place in the Cisco Router host template as well.

Edit: Ok i confirm those graphs work no problem with cisco routers, i tested it on a 7206 VXR.
