Can not install Plugin

Can not install Plugin

I installed new Cacti version 1.0 and the services are installed as follows
- PHP 5.6
- MariaDB 10.x
- RRD Tool 1.3

Install the plugin as follows:
- Download plugin link http://docs.cacti.net/_media/plugin:ntop-v0.2-1.tgz
- Unzip and copy to: /usr/share/cacti/plugins
- Log into the Managerment Plugin as reported, not for install

Please guide me how to handle and install

All plugins must be reworked to be compatible with Cacti 1.x
Before history, there was a paradise, now dust.

What has changed?
What are the requirements in order to be compatible with version 1.1.x?
