Cacti v1+ on Docker

I have been learning about docker for some time now and noticed there was a lack of cacti v1 containers already built on dockerhub. This is my stab at it and would love to hear some feedback/suggestions around this container setup. Please consider this very beta and I expect some bugs to be around - so if you do see anything odd or don't understand the directions to well please let me know.

Currently the directions are written with the expectations the enduser has some previous docker knowledge, I want to add more basic howto's in the future however would like to validate stability and get some missing features added first.
