rrd file doesn't exist....please help!!!!!

I m new to cacti. I m getting error rrd file doesn't exist in place of graph.

Linux- or Windows-Installation?

Does the rra-folder have the correct rights?

I have installed cacti on centos7(linux).
/usr/share/cacti/rra have permission root:root

maybe you need to change permission in rra folder from root.root to cacti.root:

chown cacti.root /usr/share/cacti/rra

I have changed ownership of rra folder to cacti:root but still showing the same issue. Please find the attached snapshot regarding this issue.

please go in the "Console"-section to one of the graphs that are not beeing displayed and "Turn on Graph Debug Mode" (upper right corner)
then you will get a detailed information what the rrdtool tries to do and why this fails.

also have a look at your cacti logfile

after editing php.ini file now cacti logs looks different, still graph not showing any thing please find attached snapshots.

Most likely still a permission or selinux issue.

Also, make sure date.timezone is set in php.ini
