is there anything in your cacti.log?
or in the mysql-log?

try chmod on a higher folder? or tried a new installation and restore RRA-files and DB to the new installation?

Check your DNS settings (resolve.conf) or your /etc/hosts if those are private servers.

You have several problems from what i see in your log-file.

at first you added your servers with their FQDN server.yourdomain.com but your Cacti-Server seems to be not able to resolv these FQDN to IP-addresses. So you need to set your nameserver correctly in /etc/resolv.conf (this has nothing to do with production or private server) if you don't have a reachable DNS-server you need to add your devices in cacti with their IP-Adressess.

The second problem i saw in your log, that there is a script in "/opt/nagios/libexec" which is called "check_mssql_health" and your user who runs the cacti-installation doesn't have rights to execute this script.

try to change these, and most of your actual problems are solved I think
