We 're experiencing nightly holes in graphs, because of poller_output_boost became full for a couple of hours.

Hi increased the tmp_table_size and max_heap size of the underlying Maria DB database to 4 GB !! , but
tonight we have holes in graphs and poller_output_boost full condition.
I suspect some bug or misconfiguration.

Yes, it was clear for me, the table poller_output_boost is a memory table and i have to increase its size, but even if i set tmp_table_size and max_heap_size to 4 GB (!!) table became full at night.
Next step is , as suggested in the boost plugin page, to set the output field to varchar (50) instead of the default varchar(512) .
I'll let you know .

Whatever makes sense. You can check the max length from the Utilities page. Then trim as applicable. The new heap table size requires a MySQL restart through, which is catestrophic to any data in that table, so generally convert it to InnoDB before restarting, then convert back to memory afterwards.
