Cisco CPU 1 Min & 5 Min problems

Has anyone been able to make a graph for Cisco CPU's that display the 1 minute and 5 minute stats in one graph? I have managed to do this but the only way I could get it to work is have two seperate data templates. One for the 1 min OID and one for the 5 min OID. Id rather have it all in one data template...but cant seem to change the OIDs when adding another data source item.

Any ideas?
