Plugin Aggregate no continue button

Hello,

I am running cacti version 0.8.8f and the aggregate plugin version 0.75. I was able to install the plugin.
When I select some graphs under graph management and say "Create Aggregate Graph" I got the Create aggregate graph page but I do not have any button to continue or something else to finally create the aggregated graph.

Hope someone can help me.
