Hover over graphs issue

Hi there,
I am in the process of mapping out our lab connectivity but not sure how this hover graph worksd.
I have got it to work but both sides of the link show the same graphs and when I change one end it automatically changes the other end.
Is there a way to have 2 separate hover graph links in the same link at each end?
