Fresh RPM Install on FC3 --> Errors

After logging in successfully, I get the following errors (and more like thse in the left menu).

This is a brand new FC3 box with current versions of everything, but mysql versio 4.0.20. I am using php-4.3.10.

Heh, follow the advice on the PHP web site and upgrade to the current Zend Optimizer
